چکیده مقاله

In the present work, transient inverse heat conduction (IHC) problem is solved to estimate the unknown
boundary heat flux on the inner radius of an annular fin.
An iterative conjugate gradient method (CGM) is applied in conjunction with the appropriate sensitivity and
adjoint problem in the domain, and the unknown time-dependent boundary heat flux is estimated as the object of
the inverse problem. The inverse problem is solved for materials with different temperature-dependent properties
and different surface heat flux forms by simulating the exact and noisy data for problems. Finally the effects of
noises on the inverse solutions are discussed.
The results obtained with any arbitrary initial guesses, but show good accuracy for the estimation of boundary
heat fluxes.
